- President's Report
- good sized, enthusiastic executive
- tried to improve communications this year
- trails improved
- Branch Library constructed
- Treasurer's Report :
- 40 members paid
- Balance of $3,636.80 in bank
- $2,000 is the reserve fund
- Membership Report
- number of members increased significantly
- most residents receptive to e-mail

- 2 signs on order
- individual signs on order will be here in August
- Trail Update
- contacted 4-6 companies who can maintain trail, 2 are interested
- one firm wants to charge a flat rate, the other wants $60/hour
- $500 set aside for this purpose
- South Shore Rd. is a concern
- most of the main trail is okay, secondary trails need work
- Highlights from the Township
- garbage collection going well but will end mid October
- need clarification from Township for residents who stay later
- Sand Lake septic inspections to start in the 3 rd year
- Branch Library
- library is open for business and is looking for thoughtful donations
- runs on the honour system
- needs a landscape committee
- Loon Count
- population is healthy
- 4-5 chicks on the lake
- Rights of Way
- introduction given by Sharron
- will be e-mailing a document to residents regarding Rights of Way
- General Comments
- Orv Marshall will donate a dock cart and carts to go at end of each dock
- Alice Howarth's son will look at creating a platform in front of the
marina bulletin board
- Talk to cottage owners and the Glover's regarding #12 sign being removed
- Hydro needs to be called if growth below lines is a concern
- Election of Officers
- Chuck Laudermilch is leaving the executive but will continue doing the
loon count
- Other officers to stay as is
